How long does delivery take?
Shipping is a flat $4.99 anywhere in the continental US. We pack your order within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 3–8 business days from there — so most orders arrive within 4–10 business days. You'll get a USPS tracking number by email the moment it ships. Full details in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
What's your returns policy?
You have a full 60 days from delivery to start a return. Email customercare@johnnybooth.com with your order number first, then send things back unworn, unwashed, tags on and in the original packaging, and we'll refund you to your original payment method. The whole process is in our Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I find my size?
Every product page lists the sizing details for that piece. Caught between two sizes, or dressing for a 1940s cut for the first time? Email us your usual size and we'll point you to the right fit — that's what the counter's for.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email customercare@johnnybooth.com as soon as you can (we usually dispatch within 1–2 business days) and we'll change or cancel it, no questions asked. Already on its way? No harm done — the 30-day returns window has you covered.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — for now we ship within the United States only. International delivery is on the road map, though; follow us on socials and you'll hear the moment it opens up.
